Task

I had the priviledge of spending three months at The Grove Consultants International, who have pioneered graphic facilitation since the 1970'ties, and today works with many of the biggest companies in USA.

I headed a project about possible digital platforms for the company, as well as helped out on consulting jobs.

Responsibilities

• Head a strategy project on digital platforms
• Interview employees and management
• Analyze needs and challenges
• Research and analyse options and strategies
• Produce a study paper with recommendations
• Assist on consulting jobs
