Dictators

Task

Each year Ådalen school spend several weaks learning about democracy, dictatorships and society. Together with 3 fellow KaosPilots, I was invited to conduct a three day immersive role play illumination the mechanisms of dictatorships.

Under the cover story of being an organization looking for specially talented young people, we facilitated a series of increasingly absurd excercises and regulations. Afterwards we facilitated discussion and reflections about the powerful experience.
